Fri July 4 – Closed for Independence Day.
Tue July 8 – Breakfast in the lobby – 8:30 am – 10:30 am. Join representatives from Addus Healthcare. They will provide breakfast treats and offer information about senior services at home.
Fri July 11 – Luncheon Club – 11:30 am.
This month, the gang will meet at Brownstone Café in Middletown. Call Mae Rader (533-5972) to reserve your spot by Tue July 8.
Fri July 18 – Blood Pressure checks – 11:00 am – provided by Country Meadows of Hershey.
Fri July 18 – July Social with Zembo Shrine Orchestra – 11:30 am. The patriotic sounds from the Zembo Orchestra will fill the Mohler Senior Center in July. This group of talented musicians always entertain on their visits. Country Meadows will cater a delicious meal of stuffed chicken breast, mashed potatoes, carrots, fruit salad, lemon meringue pie. Cost is $8.00 and registration is required by Tue July 15.
Tue July 22 – Breakfast in the lobby – 8:30 am – 10:30 am. Representatives from Ladore Conference Center, located in the beautiful Pocono Mountains, will provide breakfast and share information about their resort facilities.
Mon July 28 – American Red Cross Luncheon– 12:00 pm. Common senior conditions increase the risk of falls. Understanding the risks and changing behavior is necessary to help prevent falls. The Red Cross will share information regarding risk factors and how to minimize risks associated with falls. Information will also be available about Lifeline Medical Alert Service. Lunch will be taco salad and dessert. Cost is $5.00 and registration is required by Thu July 24.
Thu July 31 – Ice Cream Sundaes in the lobby – 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm. Thanks to Columbia Cottage for providing cool ice cream treats in the lobby.
Mon August 4 – Ronald McDonald House – 12:00 pm. Kathy Denton, Executive Director of the Ronald McDonald House will talk about the upcoming renovations and exciting changes coming to this worthwhile local charity. Lunch will be pork bbq sandwiches, cole slaw and dessert. Cost is $5.00 and registration is required by Thu July 31.

Mon August 4 – Safe Driver’s Training 4-hour refresher course – 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm.
Wed August 6 – American Music Theater Trip – Classic Crooners.
Mon Aug 11 – Luncheon & sing-a-long with the kids – 12:00 pm. Bring your grandchildren and great grandchildren (or any other kids in your family) to the center for professional singer/songwriter Jim Rule. A Parent’s Choice Award winning recording artist, songwriter and teacher, Jim will be sure to entertain all ages. Lunch will be pizza with dessert. Cost is $5.00 and registration is required by Thu Aug 7.

Volunteer Opportunities:
